About Pagheera

A small, personal apparel project built with patience and a lot of learning.

Pagheera started as a personal experiment. No launch strategy, no growth deck — just one person building something quietly and seeing what happens.

I come from a technical and product background and have spent years building systems, optimizing processes, and shipping things that had to work. At some point, I wanted to build something smaller, slower, and slightly less optimized — mostly for my own sanity.

Built slowly. No hype. Just good shirts and honest iterations.

Pagheera is that space.

Why T-shirts?

Because a good T-shirt stays. It gets worn, washed, slightly misshapen, and eventually promoted to “I only wear this at home” status.

The focus here is on strong back prints paired with a subtle chest detail. No loud branding, no seasonal hype. Shirts you don’t need to explain — and don’t feel bad wearing a year later.

MVP by design

Pagheera is built intentionally as an MVP:

  • Small drops instead of constant releases (sleep is important)
  • Print-on-demand to avoid waste and piles of unsold boxes
  • Minimal infrastructure, built to stay flexible
  • No pressure to scale — only to learn

This shop is part product, part learning log. Some things will evolve, others might disappear. If something breaks, it’s probably my fault — and I’m likely already fixing it.
